Apple Gamble of removing the physical Home Button

Apple new that removing the home button will lose some of its loyal customers Apple has proven to be a competitive brand They added a new feature to the smartphone called face ID which gives users the power to unlock their phone without using a fingerprint However companies CEO state it was Gamble stated on BGR News.

Apple stated that over the last generations of smartphones they release over the years was getting kind of old so they wanted to achieve something new and different. However, is said the apple was not the only company to do this rush decision. Google Pixel and Samsung smartphones have removed their physical home buttons. To allow more space features to their phones.

Most consumers experience a lack of pleasanty againist abot the iphone X losing their Home Button. Becuase face can be replcated with an image still their were questions to arise if the Iphone X was intellegent enough to distinguish an image with a real human bean. Media devices can be trick completed by the human intellect. Maybe apple has created the best phone in the market but it is the safe of privacy and how difficult could hackers or goverment access it?

  1. I can understand how that could be a gamble for Apple to take. I think that they are trying to be new and different with the phones that they put out. The last few iPhones have been pretty much all the same. I think that we need to remember that not even 15 years ago we had flip phones. I think it is great that technology is evolving but I also worry that it is evolving too quick and the phone companies just want to make profit. I feel that they don’t care as much how great the product works, they just want something that is new so that they can sell it. I feel that just because they took the home button away that it was a much bigger gamble for them. The phones are just like the other new iPhones but without a feature that everyone loves. I always wonder how far technology is going to go and when I am older how the phones will be different if there even will still be phones around. I think that everyone just needs to take a step back. You don’t need that new iPhone because one feature is different on it but they know people will buy it.

  2. Oh man if apple does this don't think I will ever get rid of the phone I have now which I believe is a 7. I personally don't trust having a feature like this. It is way easier to unlock a persons phone with a image of a face compared to someones finger print. With my phones and technology I'm very simple. I actually never update my phone and don't really use all the features they advertise that come with them. I just need it to call and thats really it. When do you think having so much technology and features on a phone just becomes way to much? I understand wanting to do something new and different but when do we draw the line? People need to understand what is actually being put out and thinking the actual relevance it will have to their life besides the fact you get to say " I have the new phone" which most people don't care about or at least really shouldn't.
